位於列治文市Shellbridge Way 10511號95室的緊急基層醫療中心 (UPCC) 於四月二日正式啟用，中心開放時間為星期一至六上午8時至晚上10時，以及星期日上午9時至下午5時。 原本的緊急基層醫療中心在三號路Superstore旁邊。
